Ingredients:
- Ground Beef
 - 1/2 Onion Finely Chopped
 - 1 Egg
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon oregano
 - 1/2 cup panko flakes
 - 1 green pepper
 - 1 can refried beans
 
Recipe:
- Set out a large mixing bowl.
 - Finely chop or use a food processor on the green pepper and the onion
 - Add all the ingredient into the bowl and use your hands to mix the ingredients well until it’s all evenly spread out
 - Grab a chunk with your hand and form into a patty
 
(At this point you can freeze for easy cooking later. Make sure to defrost before continuing to the next step.)
- Set a pan on the stove-top on medium high heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes on each side. Burger should be about 160 degrees F at the center.
 - Toast buns in oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes
 - If desired, turn the stove-top to low heat and add a slice of cheedar cheese on top to melt.
 - Serve with any toppings and sauces if desired!
