Ingredients
- Rice
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion
- 14oz crushed tomatos
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of chicken stock
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cooked Chicken
- Cooked Chickpeas
Recipe
- Start rice in rice cooker. Same volumetric ratio of rice to water.
- Butter the pan, sauete onions
- Add ginger and garlic
- Using a blender, mix together the tomatos and seasoning
- Pour the sauce into the pan along with the heavy whipping cream and chicken stock.
- Cook for 20 minutes
- Add chicken and chickpeas. Cook for another 10 minutes then enjoy.
