Jambalaya | Brandon Rozek
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cup of rice
- 1 can of tomatos (undraied)
- 1 3/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- Sprinkle of sugar
- Cooked sausage
- Cooked chicken
Recipe
- Add oil, set instant pot to sautee. Sautee onion and pepper.
- Add rice to pot with tomatoes, broth, and spices
- Cook using high manual pressure cook for 5 minutes. Additionally let the natural release occur for 5 minutes
- Add cooked chicken and sausage. Mix the rice.
- Serve
