Ingredients
- 3 Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- (Optional) Pinch of oregano
Recipe
- Peel the skin off the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 20 minutes.
- Drain water, Mash the potatoes with a fork.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add it to the pot.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk to the pot
- Add sour cream to pot, stir quickly.
- Add oregano
