Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingridients
- Salmon
- 1 tblspoon lemon
- 3 tblspoon soy sauce
- some amount of honey
- 1/4 bar of butter
- Sushi Rice
- Kewpie Mayo
- Avocado
- Nori (Optional)
Recipe
- Set oven to 450 degrees
- Put the rice with equal parts water in a rice cooker and get that started.
- Grab a small bowl and make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, lemon, butter, and honey. Make sure the butter is melted, one way is to use the microwave.
- Pour the sauce mixture onto the salmon itself in a oven-safe dish.
- When the oven is ready, pop it in there for 10 minutes. The salmon should be 145 degrees fahrenheit.
- Once out, peel off the skin from the salmon.
- Grab a large mixing bowl and put in the cooked rice and salmon.
- Put some of the remaining sauce from the oven dish into the mixing bowl. How much is really a preference.
- Add some amount of kewpie mayo.
- Carefully mix. You don’t want to mush up the salmon. It will naturally break itself in one direction.
- Dice up and add avocados to the mixing bowl.
Serve in a bowl (with nori) and enjoy!
