Creates one cup of gravy
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup chicken, beef, turkey, or vegetable broth
- Melt butter on pan
- In a small bowl, add the cornstarch and slowly add water while whisking it together. Should be a nice smooth mixture.
- Add cornstarch mixture and broth to pan
- Bring to simmer and whisk until consistency is mixed. Likely around two minutes.
