In the local Troy farmer’s market, Marty and Julz sell gluten free spaetzle. This recipe is one of the ways I enjoy their spaetzle.
Total Time: 10 Minutes
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Ground White Pepper
- (Optional) Cooked protein such as chicken
- Melt butter on a pan using low heat
- Add Spaetzle to pan
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring the spaetzle occasionally and adding the ground white pepper.
- (Optional) Add cooked protein.
