In the local Troy farmer’s market, Marty and Julz sell gluten free spaetzle. This recipe is one of the ways I enjoy their spaetzle.

Total Time: 10 Minutes



  1. Melt butter on a pan using low heat
  2. Add Spaetzle to pan
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring the spaetzle occasionally and adding the ground white pepper.
  4. (Optional) Add cooked protein.
